The hotel had a charming and cozy atmosphere, perfect for senior people like me. The decoration was elegant and had a touch of traditional Sri Lankan elements, making it feel truly authentic. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Additionally, the hotel was easily accessible for senior people, with ramps and elevators available to aid mobility.
It would have been even more enjoyable if the children working there could have been a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

The rooms at Lake Wind Hotel are simply amazing! I felt so comfortable and relaxed during my stay. The large windows in the well-appointed rooms provide stunning views of the lake, making me feel at peace with nature.
Personally, I found the flat-screen TV in the room a bit unnecessary. But hey, I understand others might still enjoy it.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel by the lake and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. The location of this place is simply ideal, as it is situated right on the edge of Tissa lake. The view from my room's balcony was breathtaking, especially during sunset. I also found the staff to be extremely friendly and accommodating, with Sudaraka in particular standing out for his exceptional service. The breakfasts were delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed dining on the balcony while overlooking the vast lake.
In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location, service, and amenities provided here are truly exceptional.

Spectacular Lake View and Fantastic Service!
During my stay at Lake Wind, I was captivated by the breathtaking view of the lake from my room. It was such a tranquil and serene experience, feeling the cool breeze and taking in the natural beauty.
Although there were a few minor issues, such as a slight delay in lunch service and some plumbing problems in the bathroom, these did not significantly detract from my overall experience.

The maintenance of the hotel was lacking. The air conditioning was noisy and difficult to control, and the bathroom had some broken tiles and fixtures.

The hotel felt a bit rundown and could use some refurbishing. we were disappointed with the limited food options available at the hotel restaurant.
